Position: Customer Experience Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers with their inquiries

- Ensure shelves are stocked and display areas are well-maintained
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English and Hebrew
