Position: Sports and Entertainment Experience Coordinator
Job Description:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute sports and entertainment events for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Research and propose innovative ideas to enhance the overall experience for attendees.
- Manage event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
- Oversee marketing efforts to promote events and attract a wider audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team and liaise with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
