We are looking to hire a passionate and customer-oriented Luxury Hospitality Specialist to serve as the face of our retail division at French Riviera International Airport. In this role, you will represent our company's commitment to excellence in providing high-end products and services to discerning customers.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service by providing personalized assistance and recommendations to clients
Manage the sales process from initial contact to final purchase, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience

Maintain knowledge of airport policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and a safe shopping environment

Requirements:

Prior experience in luxury hospitality or a related field

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and French; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
