Position Available: Wellness Program Coordinator


As a Wellness Program Coordinator, you will be a key contributor to the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement engaging wellness programs that integrate elements of art, design, and mindfulness.


We are seeking a talented individual who can bring a unique blend of artistic flair and holistic well-being expertise to our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our exceptional Pilates instructors and support our mission of delivering top-quality, transformative experiences to our loyal clientele.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and execute creative wellness programs that incorporate art and design principles to enhance the Pilates experience for our clients.
  • Collaborate with instructors to develop unique teaching methods that infuse elements of visual aesthetics into their sessions.
  • Curate mindfulness practices and sensory experiences to promote relaxation and mind-body connection.
  • Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and retreats aimed at exploring the intersection of art, design, and Pilates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and developments in the field of mind-body wellness.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by providing artwork, design suggestions, and content creation for promotional materials.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field such as wellness, holistic health, or a combination of art and fitness.
  • Strong knowledge of Pilates practices and techniques, with a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
  • An understanding of the principles of art and design and their application to wellness environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with instructors, support staff, and clients.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
