Position: Health and Wellness Coach

At Western Region Health Clinic, we firmly believe in the power of an active lifestyle and its benefits for overall well-being. As a Health and Wellness Coach, you will play a vital role in helping our patients adopt and maintain healthy habits, regardless of their current fitness level.

Responsibilities:

Create personalized wellness plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals
Deliver group fitness classes and individual coaching sessions
Conduct health assessments and track patient progress
Provide guidance on nutrition and stress management
Motivate and inspire patients to achieve their fitness goals

Requirements:

Passion for supporting others in their journey towards a healthy lifestyle
Recognized certification in a related field (e.g., personal training, health coaching, physical education)
Proven experience in conducting fitness classes and coaching sessions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of health and nutrition principles
