Position: Health and Wellness Coach
At Western Region Health Clinic, we firmly believe in the power of an active lifestyle and its benefits for overall well-being. As a Health and Wellness Coach, you will play a vital role in helping our patients adopt and maintain healthy habits, regardless of their current fitness level.
Responsibilities:
- Create personalized wellness plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals
- Deliver group fitness classes and individual coaching sessions
- Conduct health assessments and track patient progress
- Provide guidance on nutrition and stress management
- Motivate and inspire patients to achieve their fitness goals
Requirements:
- Passion for supporting others in their journey towards a healthy lifestyle
- Recognized certification in a related field (e.g., personal training, health coaching, physical education)
- Proven experience in conducting fitness classes and coaching sessions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and nutrition principles
