Job Title: Digital Engagement Specialist

As a Digital Engagement Specialist at Enna Regional Cultural Arts Center, you will play a crucial role in managing our digital platforms, enhancing our brand image, and fostering online communities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase our online visibility and promote cultural arts events
Creating engaging and compelling content for our website, blog, and social media channels
Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to optimize our online campaigns
Managing and moderating online communities to foster interaction and user engagement
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to align digital initiatives with organizational goals
Staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or community management
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their evolving dynamics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian
Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
