Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic Legal Technology team. As an Innovative Solution Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions that enable legal professionals to streamline their processes, enhance efficiency, and mitigate legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into innovative technical solutions
Design, code, and test software applications leveraging SAP's state-of-the-art tools and technologies
Develop intuitive user interfaces that simplify legal workflows and enhance user experience
Apply advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques to automate legal processes and enable data-driven decision making
Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization to deliver high-quality software solutions
Provide technical documentation and participate in knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in software development, preferably in the legal technology domain
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
Familiarity with databases and SQL
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus
