Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research and analysis of the local agricultural market, identifying potential opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with farmers, suppliers, and industry experts to develop and implement effective agricultural development strategies.

Assess environmental impact and recommend sustainable practices to enhance productivity.
Provide training and support to farmers, empowering them with the knowledge needed to optimize their agricultural operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in agricultural development or a similar role.

Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
