Lindex, a leading fashion company in Sweden, is currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team in Östergötlands län. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual who can contribute to our research and development initiatives.

Position: Research Analyst

About the Role:

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support Lindex's innovative fashion projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test new materials, fabrics, and production methods
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to identify potential opportunities for improvement
Perform experiments, collect data, and interpret results to drive evidence-based decision-making
Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Textile Engineering, Material Science, Fashion Design)
Proven experience in research, laboratory work, or a similar field
Familiarity with innovative textile technologies and materials
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Fluency in both written and spoken English (Swedish is a plus)
