Coordinate and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion

Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience in project coordination or management
Strong knowledge of construction and real estate processes
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
