Position: Guest Service Associate

We are currently seeking dependable and professional individuals to join our team as Guest Service Associates. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring their satisfaction from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly smile
Provide accurate and detailed information about our menu offerings
Assist guests in making menu selections and offer recommendations
Take and process guest orders efficiently
Ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages
Address concerns and resolve any guest issues or complaints
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

Prior customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Strong problem-solving abilities
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
