Job Opening: Community Engagement Specialist

We are currently seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in a unique role that combines sports and entertainment with community engagement. As a Community Engagement Specialist at WashTec, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with diverse communities, promoting our brand, and organizing exciting events that bring people together.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute community engagement strategies to strengthen brand presence
Establish and maintain relationships with sports clubs, cultural organizations, and entertainment venues
Coordinate and plan impactful events, such as charity runs, sports tournaments, and cultural festivals
Create partnerships with local businesses and charities to support community initiatives
Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging content for online and offline channels
Manage volunteers and event logistics to ensure successful execution
Evaluate the success of community engagement initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

Background in marketing, event management, or a related field
Passionate about community engagement, diversity, and promoting inclusivity
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven experience in organizing events and managing projects
Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to attend events and work occasional weekends or evenings
