As a Software Solution Specialist, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to support our operations. You will work closely with various stakeholders and contribute to the digitalization of our processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify software needs and requirements
- Design, develop, and test software solutions tailored to our specific needs
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of software applications
- Manage and maintain existing software systems
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and propose innovative ideas
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++)
- Experience with database management systems
- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment
