At Incitec Pivot Limited, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by attracting and selecting top-tier candidates.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to identify the best fit for various roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
