Agricultural Landscape Designer

We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Agricultural Landscape Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Agricultural Landscape Designer at Homestar Inc., you will play a crucial role in shaping New Brunswick's rural landscape and contributing to the growth of the agriculture industry.

Responsibilities:

Create innovative and functional designs for agricultural landscapes, including crop fields, orchards, and livestock areas.
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budget constraints.
Prepare detailed design plans, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
Provide expert advice on plant selection, soil management, irrigation systems, and sustainable farming practices.

Work collaboratively with our experienced team of horticulturists, agronomists, and construction professionals.
Monitor construction progress and provide guidance to contractors to ensure design implementation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in agricultural landscape design projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and expertise.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with plant species, soil types, and irrigation systems suitable for agriculture.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
