Position: Security Operations Specialist

As a Security Operations Specialist at Kreissparkasse Stade, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing security policies and procedures
Conducting regular risk assessments and audits
Monitoring security systems and responding to alarms or incidents
Coordinating emergency response and crisis management protocols
Liaising with external law enforcement agencies and security vendors

Requirements

Proven experience in security operations or a related field
Strong knowledge of security technologies and systems
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A high degree of integrity and an unwavering commitment to professionalism
Proficiency in German and English
Relevant certifications in security management or similar disciplines
