We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Wellness Specialist: Enrichment & Care.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement tailored programs to enhance the overall well-being of pets under our care
Develop innovative enrichment activities and strategies to promote physical and mental stimulation
Create individualized wellness plans and provide advice to pet owners on nutrition, exercise, and mental health
Conduct health assessments and communicate effectively with veterinary professionals
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive research initiatives focused on advancing veterinary medicine

Requirements:

Passion for improving the lives of pets
Strong understanding of animal behavior and the evolving field of pet wellness
Experience in developing and implementing successful enrichment programs
Excellent communication skills to educate both pet owners and colleagues
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a diverse team
Proven track record of problem-solving and critical thinking in challenging environments
Degree in veterinary science, animal behavior, or a related field
