Job Overview

As an Advanced Beauty & Wellness Engineer, you will play a key role in revolutionizing the beauty and healthcare industry through cutting-edge technology. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement advanced solutions that enhance beauty products' efficiency, safety, and overall wellness benefits.

Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative technological solutions to improve beauty product performance and efficacy.
Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate advanced materials and processes into product development.
Lead testing and validation efforts to ensure product performance meets stringent quality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to beauty and wellness.
Conduct research and experiments to identify new opportunities for technological advancements in the field.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and develop strategies for maintaining compliance.
Provide technical support to manufacturing teams to optimize production processes.
Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to intellectual property development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Science.
Proven experience in product development within the beauty, cosmetics, or healthcare industries.
Strong knowledge of advanced materials, manufacturing processes, and technologies used in beauty and wellness products.
Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to multitask, manage projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
