Job Description

As a Multicultural Engagement Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting diversity and inclusivity within our organization and fostering connections with diverse communities. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing strategies to engage multicultural audiences.
Collaborating with internal teams to create culturally sensitive content.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with community organizations.
Organizing and participating in multicultural events and initiatives.
Monitoring and analyzing multicultural engagement metrics.

Requirements

Proven experience in community engagement or multicultural affairs.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
Demonstrated understanding of the importance of inclusivity and diversity.
Fluency in English and French. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Passion for healthcare and pharmaceutical research.
