Through collaboration and guidance, you will inspire our designers and artists to reach new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of style and design strategies, in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
Create and execute innovative approaches to enhance artistic expression across multiple channels, including digital media, print, and product design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Mentor and support junior designers and artists, providing guidance and fostering their career growth within the company.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the field of art and design.
Organize and participate in design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and creative forums to stimulate new ideas and breakthrough concepts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Fine Arts, Visual Design, Industrial Design).
Proven experience in artistic direction, design strategy, or a related role within a creative environment.
Exceptional conceptual and visual thinking skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work across teams and present ideas.
