Your Role:

Design and implement tailored training programs to improve athletes' performance and reduce the risk of injuries.
Conduct comprehensive athlete assessments, including strength, flexibility, and agility tests.
Create detailed training plans and monitor the progress of athletes regularly.
Collaborate with coaches and sports medicine professionals to optimize training methodologies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest sports science research and integrate it into training programs.

Requirements:

Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent in Exercise Science, Sports Performance, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing performance training programs for athletes.
Strong knowledge of sports biomechanics, exercise physiology, and injury prevention.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Passion for helping athletes reach their full potential.
