Position: Project Development Executive

Your Role:

Drive business growth by identifying and evaluating new project opportunities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas of expansion
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, contractors, and investors
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project initiation and execution
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to adjust business strategies accordingly
Prepare comprehensive project proposals and presentations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or real estate sector
Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing new business opportunities
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
