Position: Innovation Specialist

Location: South Carolina, United States

Job Description:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for healthcare challenges
Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the healthcare field to drive innovation
Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
Create and execute strategic plans to enhance service delivery and patient experience
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and startups to foster innovation
Lead initiatives to prototype, pilot, and scale innovative healthcare programs and technologies
Stay updated on relevant policies, regulations, and compliance requirements affecting the healthcare industry
Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of innovation initiatives
Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Science)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, strategy, or innovation within the healthcare industry
Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, policies, and reimbursement systems
Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing innovative projects
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Passion for driving positive change in the healthcare industry through innovation
