Appenzell Ausserrhoden Cycling Association is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Cycling Program Coordinator. If you have a love for cycling and a desire to promote fitness and well-being, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cycling programs for individuals of all ages and skill levels
- Organize and coordinate cycling events, races, and training camps
- Provide guidance and support to cyclists, offering training advice and techniques
- Collaborate with local sports clubs and organizations to promote cycling in the community
- Manage the association's social media presence and website content
Requirements:
- Passion for cycling and a strong understanding of the sport
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Knowledge of cycling equipment, maintenance, and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
