Job Summary:

The Scientific Research Analyst will play a key role in our research and development efforts, focusing on the formulation, evaluation, and testing of innovative products. In this position, you will work closely with our experienced scientists and contribute to the scientific excellence for which our laboratory is known.

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and conducting experiments to support product development activities
Collect, analyze, and interpret scientific data using various laboratory techniques and equipment
Conduct literature reviews and stay up-to-date with advancements in relevant scientific fields
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion
Prepare scientific reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to quality control and assurance activities
Follow laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology)
Experience in scientific research and laboratory techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Effective written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in scientific software and data analysis tools
