Position Overview

As a Creative Design Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our artistic initiatives, responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually captivating projects. Your main responsibilities will include:

Developing innovative design concepts that reflect our organization's values and objectives.
Creating visually appealing and interactive multimedia content for exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of design projects.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing your creative design capabilities, preferably within the field of Art and Design.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software and multimedia tools.
Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams.
