As a leading financial institution in Italy, we are searching for dedicated professionals to join our team as Sustainability Analysts. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance of our investments and guiding our strategic decisions towards sustainable and responsible outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

Evaluate the ESG risks and opportunities associated with our financial activities.
Develop and implement ESG assessment frameworks to measure and monitor our portfolio's sustainability performance.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainable practices throughout the organization.
Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends and best practices in the banking industry.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate ESG performance to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with various teams to integrate sustainability considerations into our investment strategies.

Your Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, environmental sciences, or a related field.
Prior experience in sustainability analysis, ESG ratings, or sustainable banking is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of environmental and social issues, sustainable investing, and global sustainability frameworks.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and articulate sustainability objectives.
