Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
Monitor and respond to online inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with various departments to gather content, news, and updates for sharing on social media
Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote city events, public services, and community programs
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital engagement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in managing social media platforms for businesses or organizations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create compelling and visually appealing content
Experience with social media management tools and analytics
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEO techniques
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
