We are currently seeking a dedicated Sustainable Agriculture Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of fostering environmentally friendly agriculture in the region.


Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainable farming strategies in collaboration with local agricultural communities.
  • Work closely with farmers to promote eco-friendly agricultural practices, including efficient resource management, soil conservation, and biodiversity preservation.
  • Coordinate and provide technical assistance for the adoption of sustainable farming techniques, such as organic farming methods, integrated pest management, and water-saving irrigation systems.
  • Conduct research and feasibility studies to identify innovative approaches for sustainable agriculture.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to advocate for sustainable agriculture policies and programs.
  • Organize and conduct training workshops and educational programs to promote awareness and knowledge of sustainable agriculture among farmers and the local community.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of sustainable farming initiatives, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in promoting sustainable agriculture practices and knowledge of relevant regulations and certifications.
  • Strong understanding of environmental issues related to agriculture, including water management, soil health, and biodiversity conservation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data, conduct research, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Passion for sustainable development, social responsibility, and commitment to environmental conservation.
