Position: Travel Experience Specialist

Job Description:

Design unique and memorable travel experiences for clients visiting Ohio.
Collaborate with local businesses and attractions to create personalized itineraries.
Research and stay up-to-date with the latest tourism trends and offerings in Ohio.
Create engaging content and travel guides to promote Ohio as a desired vacation destination.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns.
Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and activity bookings.
Deliver comprehensive travel packages and ensure seamless execution.
Stay with clients throughout their trip to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
Experience in the tourism industry, preferably with a focus on Ohio.
Strong knowledge of local attractions, events, and points of interest.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel planning software.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
