Job Description:

Develop and implement innovative educational programs that leverage advanced technologies to enhance the learning experience of students.
Collaborate with educators, artists, and technical teams to create engaging content that connects technology with opera education.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in the education sector and incorporate them into our programs.
Design and deliver technology-focused training sessions and workshops for students, educators, and opera enthusiasts.
Conduct insightful research on technology trends, educational methodologies, and best practices to inform curriculum development.
Manage and oversee the implementation of educational technology tools and resources.
Provide technical support and guidance to the Education department.
Continuously evaluate and improve our technology integration strategies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Education, Instructional Design, or Technology.
Proven experience in developing and delivering technology-enhanced educational programs.
Deep understanding of instructional design principles and educational theories.
Strong proficiency in using a wide range of educational technologies, software, and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Passion for both technology and the arts, with a specific interest in opera.
Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
