- Develop and implement innovative digital engagement strategies to enhance communication with citizens
- Create and manage engaging content for various online platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media trends and user behavior to optimize engagement efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels
- Respond to inquiries and comments from the public in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, community management, or related roles
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus
