Position: Customer Relations Manager
Job Description:
- Manage and build strong relationships with our network of suppliers and partners
- Oversee the smooth operation of our franchises and chains
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention
- Monitor the performance of our franchises and chains, providing support and guidance as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer relations or similar role
- Understanding of franchise and chain operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
- Proficiency in Swedish and English
- Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus
