Position: Development Strategist
Job Summary:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for fundraising and development.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and funding sources.
- Create and manage comprehensive fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze donor data and demographics to maximize fundraising efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising initiatives with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fundraising and development.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
