Position: Development Strategist

Job Summary:

Develop and implement innovative strategies for fundraising and development.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and funding sources.
Create and manage comprehensive fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
Analyze donor data and demographics to maximize fundraising efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising initiatives with organizational goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in fundraising and development.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders.
