Position: Sustainable Travel Experience Specialist

Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering unforgettable sustainable travel experiences to our guests. You will develop and coordinate unique tour packages that highlight the natural wonders and cultural heritage of the Northeastern Region.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and plan sustainable tours, ensuring minimal environmental impact and conservation of local resources.
Collaborate with local communities and businesses to promote authentic experiences and support the regional economy.
Organize logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and activities, to guarantee a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
Ensure compliance with sustainability guidelines and provide guidance to our guests on responsible travel practices.
Conduct environmental research and contribute to ongoing conservation efforts.

Qualifications:

A deep understanding and appreciation for sustainable tourism and the natural environment.
Prior experience in the tourism industry, preferably in tour operations or travel planning.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
