Job Title: Learning Enthusiast

As a Learning Enthusiast at Highland Organic Farms, you will play a crucial role in cultivating a love for learning among our visitors. Your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and delivering engaging educational programs and workshops
Creating educational materials and resources for visitors of all ages
Leading guided tours and teaching about the unique ecosystem of Southern Highlands
Assisting in the development of interdisciplinary curricula for schools and colleges
Collaborating with local communities and organizations to promote lifelong learning

Requirements:

A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in people's lives
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of the Southern Highlands region and its natural features
Experience in curriculum development and program design
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a diverse team
