Your Role

As a Franchise Development Manager at Elenia, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our franchise network and ensuring its continued success. Your main duties will include:

Developing and implementing a strategic plan to identify and onboard potential franchise partners
Conducting market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
Evaluating franchise candidates and selecting the most suitable partners
Negotiating franchise agreements and managing the contract process
Providing ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards

Your Qualifications

Previous experience in franchise development, business development, or related field
Proven track record of successfully establishing and maintaining franchise networks
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
