Job Title: Production Optimization Engineer

Responsibilities:

Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement optimization strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
Identify and resolve operational issues that impact efficiency
Utilize data analysis to identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions
Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Prior experience in process optimization and Lean Manufacturing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Understanding of manufacturing operations
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
