Job Opportunity: Community Engagement Specialist
As a Community Engagement Specialist at CCSSF, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing engaging activities aimed at fostering social inclusion, personal development, and physical well-being. You will be an integral part of our passionate team, actively contributing to the enhancement of social services and family support.
Responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate a variety of community events and sports activities
- Collaborate with local organizations and clubs to promote a sense of belonging
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders to expand the reach of our programs
- Ensure the smooth implementation and delivery of initiatives
- Provide support and guidance to individuals and families in need
- Evaluate the impact of the programs and propose improvements
Requirements:
- Passion for community engagement and a desire to make a positive difference
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish languages
- Experience in event planning or sports-related field is a plus
