Position: Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our diverse customer base. Your main tasks will include:
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Assisting customers with product selection and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Contributing to visual merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
