Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of designers and artists to develop innovative art concepts
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align our artistic vision with business strategies
Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance brand image and customer engagement
Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure cutting-edge art direction
Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role
Strong understanding of art and design principles, with a focus on innovation
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
