Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance within the fitness industry
- Conduct regular audits to identify any potential legal risks and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with management and staff to ensure all activities align with legal requirements
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations and communicate any changes to the team
- Provide training and guidance to employees on legal compliance matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in legal compliance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to the fitness industry
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills
