Primary Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging experiences for our passengers and visitors, focusing on the sports and entertainment industry.
Create and manage partnerships with local artists, performers, and organizations to enhance the entertainment offerings at our airport.
Organize and coordinate exciting events, such as live performances, sport-related activities, and interactive exhibitions.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our entertainment programs.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of entertainment experiences with other airport operations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in sports and entertainment to continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in event planning, entertainment management, or related roles.
A creative mind with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Strong project management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with partners and effectively engage with passengers and visitors.
Proficiency in using technology and social media platforms to promote events and engage with audiences.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
