Position: Technical Innovator - Agricultural Advancements

Biosemillas is seeking a Technical Innovator to lead the research and development of groundbreaking technologies that combine the principles of aviation and agriculture. Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop next-generation agricultural machinery, taking inspiration from the aerospace industry
Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize agricultural processes and productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technological advancements in existing equipment
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and regulatory requirements
Drive the implementation of cutting-edge technologies in our operations

Requirements:

A background in engineering, preferably in aeronautical, aerospace, or a related field
A strong understanding of agricultural practices and challenges
Experience in designing and developing innovative solutions
Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools
An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (Spanish knowledge is a plus)
