As we continue to expand, we are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Wellness Retreat Coordinator.

As a Wellness Retreat Coordinator, your primary mission will be to curate unforgettable retreat experiences that blend yoga, mindfulness, and cultural immersion to create a harmonious environment for our guests. Utilizing your expertise in wellness practices, you will design and facilitate various workshops, classes, and excursions aimed at fostering personal growth and rejuvenation.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of wellness retreats, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
Develop and lead wellness workshops, yoga classes, meditation sessions, and cultural activities.
Collaborate with local partners to organize off-site excursions, promoting a connection to the stunning natural surroundings of Basilicata.
Build and maintain relationships with instructors, facilitators, and other relevant professionals in the wellness field.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized attention and addressing guest concerns promptly.

Requirements:

A background in wellness practices, such as yoga, meditation, or holistic healing, with relevant certifications preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with guests, instructors, and team members.
A genuine passion for personal development, mindfulness, and promoting well-being.
Fluency in English and Italian; additional language proficiency is a plus.
