Location: Uri, Switzerland

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual for the position of Retail Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our retail operations in Uri.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase profitability.
Manage and optimize all aspects of the retail operations, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and store performance.
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures to maintain the highest level of operational efficiency.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
Lead, train, and mentor the retail team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
Evaluate key performance indicators and implement measures to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
Proven track record (5+ years) in retail operations management, preferably in the franchise/chain industry.
Strong business acumen and ability to drive results through effective leadership and decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement solutions.
Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
