Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage diverse communities
- Collaborate with local organizations and community leaders to build partnerships
- Organize and facilitate multicultural events and workshops
- Provide culturally sensitive support and resources to individuals and families
- Conduct research and stay updated on issues affecting multicultural communities
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of multicultural issues and the ability to work with diverse populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in community outreach and event coordination
- Knowledge of local resources and services for multicultural communities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
