Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage sustainable practices and initiatives within our organization
Identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions for reducing waste, conserving resources, and minimizing our environmental footprint
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability programs and initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives throughout our stores, supply chain, and corporate offices
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability
Coordinate and support community engagement events and initiatives
Conduct training sessions to educate employees on sustainable practices and encourage their involvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, sustainability, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability programs
Excellent knowledge of current sustainability trends, practices, and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Passionate about environmental conservation and making a positive social impact
