Position Overview:

We are seeking an Innovation Specialist to join our Satakunta team in Finland. In this role, you will lead our retail division towards continuous growth and success by leveraging your expertise in sales, business development, and cutting-edge retail strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Devise and implement forward-thinking retail strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to drive sales growth.
Build and nurture relationships with retail partners to secure long-term collaborations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns and promotions to maximize brand exposure and generate leads.
Utilize data analytics to monitor sales performance, measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technological advancements to enhance our competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in a retail, sales, or business development role.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting/exceeding targets.
Strong knowledge of retail trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
Out-of-the-box thinking with a passion for innovation and technology.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
