We're Hiring: 'Product Development Specialist'

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a 'Product Development Specialist.' In this role, you will play a crucial part in the research and development of cutting-edge packaging technologies and materials.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative packaging solutions aligned with market demands.
Design and execute experimental plans to evaluate performance and functionality of new packaging materials.
Conduct testing and data analysis to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with external partners, such as suppliers and research institutes, to leverage technical expertise and resources.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Chemistry, Materials Science, Packaging Engineering).
Proven experience in the development and commercialization of packaging products.
Strong knowledge of cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical industries, trends, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and market positioning.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
